Thank you God for all things
The Eucharist means
thanksgiving
— and it is the supreme act of worship and thanks for the sacrifice that won
our ultimate liberation.
Even though I am an American Thanksgiving does
not mean to me what most Americans celebrate today. “Thanksgiving”
conjures up images of turkey and cranberry sauce, parades and bowl games … not
to me … the thing I am grateful for today and every day is the Eucharist and
the grace of God… for it is only through God that I have anything in my life … All is but grace on this planet …
