No Hate Crime here after all it is just a Catholic Church
A few days ago I
visited the site of the remains of The Most Blessed Sacrament RC Church in
Franklin Lakes, NJ … it was devastating to see and I remembered going to Mass
there on many occasions and meeting many prayerful people there … I would
also meet on occasion, with a retired Bishop who lived on the premises years ago
… It was heartbreaking to see the rubble where once the Tabernacle stood … everything
was gone…
It was heartwarming to see a wayside shrine was erected on
the site, by the faithful Parishioners of the parish… I spoke to one of them, while I
was there and they like me, do not understand why this story/ tragedy did not
get any “press” and if it were a Mosque or Synagogue we would never hear the end
of the story and what a hate crime it was!
Yet for a Catholic Church to burn to the ground nothing is
said and it is no big deal to the press … hey it is just a bunch of white rich
folks , who live there so who cares… and plus they are Catholics, so who really
cares… of course unless you are Nancy Pelosi “who prays for us all” when all she
wants to do is grab power and impeach the lawfully elected president … now that
“white woman/ Catholic” is cool to the press and she gets a lot of coverage … or
if that old “white man Pope Frances”, tells us how bad we are trying to enforce our laws and restrict
immigration (as his country the Vatican does) or if the Pope tells us carbon emissions
are the cause of climate change… why that old white man is cool to the press as
well!
Yesterday I read the article
below online … a Mosque was vandalized and it is immediately called a “hate
crime”… yet burn a Catholic Church to the ground or bomb one as they do across
the globe and it is just one crazy person doing “something”, not a hate crime
at all! Nothing to see … move on

My favorite Christmas carol is Silent Night and for The Most
Blessed Sacrament Church in Franklin Lakes, NJ it is a “Silent Night” and a “sad
night” for their church was burnt to the ground and for all those across the
globe whose churches have been burnt, bombed and vandalized because they are “Catholic”
… yours is a God who is Truly Present on this planet in the Host and He will “Correct”
the injustices you have suffered, the battle and victory are His … pray… hope …
and trust in Him …
