Mary Jo the hater

Mary Jo the lover

My litany  goes on and as does yours … our litanies are endless as we move through life … and God cannot be placed in a litany he is too big, we can only contemplate one aspect of God at a time… and even that is too big for our finite minds …

I believe our main job is to know self and only by knowing self can we fully adore God … We live in the natural world and as such our human ability is the only means, we have to think God and love God…   

When Christ said to love your neighbor as your love self … he was saying you first have to love self … to the extend you love self and you know yourself is to the extent you can love and know your neighbor … If you have hang ups or have self-hate.. This is what you will bring to neighbor … you mirror in all relationship what you think of yourself … you hate … you will see all people as being hateful … if you are prejudices you will see all people as being prejudice …

But if you have self-love … you will see the love of God in others for God is the author of all love …

You always have two roads before you … the high one or the low one… the low one is so much easier to walk on … but the high one although it is more challenging in the end,  you will feel better about yourself for taking it …

Sometimes the high road is taking on corruption and abuses … that is a very rocky hard road to walk on … and many literally die on the trail … but their intent lives on forever in eternity with them …  

   Jesus / God have infinite sides (attributes)  to them ... I have finite ones  as do you ... I actually express some of  "my sides" in my Blogs and eBooks and on my website
