Oh please.... just say your lines

During my teens and early twenties I worked as an “actress and model”, part time … I remember all the “go-sees” and interviews and getting few roles here and there … it was all about vanity for the most part, and dressing up and pretending to be someone you are not (that is acting) … it was acting then and it is acting now … people/ actors pretending to be something they are not … so when an “actor” tries to give me political advice … my first thought is “wow” they are “pretending to know something”, which for the most part they know nothing about … many are not educated or well-read other than in “method acting” and reading their scripts .. and they are publicity whores and vanity seekers … in today’s speak, they are called “influencers”, due to their celebrity many in the public think stars opinions matter … and here I will be crude and bitchy (as I usually am) … “opinions are like a-holes, everyone has one, but we do not need to see yours” … so actors keep your “a-holes” to yourselves …

And no one said this better than the Host of the recent Golden Globe awards … as to how irrelevant in the grand scheme of things actors are in life ... their award shows (which I never watch) are like a giant circle jerk for them ...
