The Gospel gives a complying argument that Jesus thought
like a socialist … you have two cloaks give one away and give all your money to
the poor … Jesus also believed in “taxes”, he paid the Temple taxes and said “render
unto Caesar what is Caesar’s” … Jesus probably would not have been a fan of everyone
owning a gun … he told Peter to put down the sword or you will die by the sword
(that also speaks to Karma) …or in Christian lingo "do unto others"
Jesus also believed in “health care for all” in his story of
the Good Seminarian …
But at the end of the day ... I do not think Jesus gave a "rat's behind" about human thinking and political systems ... he thought and acted like God, not man ... His message was when in "doubt"... love and have faith in God not man ... for man will disappoint you every time .... and man has no true power only God does ... man has illusion of power on this planet ...

The arguments of the progressive on some levels are true and
validate … there should be an equal “distribution of wealth”, let’s start by
making salaries fair, giving the worker more (they who are the backbone of the
workforce and the success of any company) and the CEO's should not be making tens of millions of dollars and retiring with golden parachutes … the
Trump administration has not addressed this issue … The stock market does for the most part helps the wealthy and even though you are seeing a rise in your 401K, will it still be there when you need it? The stock market is not "real money" not a tangible investment if it tanks your 401K tanks ... just look at history and what caused the great depression and regressions in the USA
I personally think Social Security and Medicare should be stopped for the very “wealthy elderly”,
they should not be able to draw off of
it … they can survive financially very well without it … FDR did not start
social security as a “nest egg” for the entire population (especially the financially
well off). Social security grew to become what it is now to court voters … FDR started it for those who did not have “nest eggs” , coming out of the great depression and for those widows who lost husbands in WWII … social security and Medicare has grown into a giant sucking
machine on the entire economy and that is the truth… yet wealthy doctors,
former CEO’s, politicians, wealthy lawyers, wealthy business owners … the list goes on and on … draw off of social
security and medicare (saying they earned it and contributed to it) I even know one wealthy
senior who uses her social security check to go to fancy lunches every week,
another one who uses it to travel on … that was not the intent of what FDR
created social security to be … Now all politicians are afraid to touch Medicare and Social Security for the seniors are the biggest voting block and they will never give it up, for they were told for all their working lives that the taxes taken out of their paychecks would someday come back to them in the form of social security and medicare ... if that is not bad enough the progressives want to give medicare to all even illegal immigrants .... there is just no money to do this ... it is a shell game that will cause the entire country to go down ...
Paying taxes … I do not like doing so… I would rather keep
the money … but that is how humanity /civil society works or should, we “help each other and maintain
an orderly society” … and you need to pay for such … and fairly as to your
income …
Jesus even paid a “temple tax” … fair … what is not fair is how the
money is used by the Temple (aka the Church) and perverts and corruption within
the Church hierarchy … and the amount of money the Church rakes the laity over
for … extremely excessive … like a Ponzi scheme,
having nothing to do with God or heavenly power, but the hierarchy maintaining earthy
power and money …
As to guns … I was raised
with guns in the house, I have no problems with them … guns do not kill … people
do …
Having a private military arsenal is an issue … I get the fact there are
some who like to just have guns and stare at them without intent to ever use
them … but there are those who are unstable and there should be a universal background
check on guns … I would hate to see Antifa members buying guns and MS14 members
buying them … of course they will buy such on the black market anyhow …
I have no problem in
the use of a gun for self-defense …or using any means for self-defense when
someone is threatening to kill you …
But .... I can understand how
the Democratic socialists are appealing to many …
What keeps me a Trump
supporter is not that I think he is “fair” in all things … but he is the best
option in a world gone mad …. Society and Natural order itself is being ripped
apart …
But do I think Jesus Christ cares about all of the above ... NO ... for His kingdom is not of this world ... nor are we of this world or at least we should not be ...
